As an orthodontist, I have the opportunity and time to develop meaningful relationships with my patients. No matter the person’s age might be, it is rewarding to see people change during treatment, and gain self-esteem and confidence they will carry for a lifetime. As patients return for periodic retainer checks, we strengthen those relationships and I enjoy hearing each person’s latest news.
I am particularly pleased to work with adults: college students, working professionals, parents, and even grandparents, giving each a smile they love. When someone comes to me and says they have waited long enough, that they are ready for a natural-looking, healthy smile that makes a positive first impression, I am honored to be entrusted with the process.
At the same time, I understand these individuals have very real concerns about their appearance during treatment.
